We highly recommend Zach and his team at PuroClean of Northwest Austin! We recently had a water heater leak in our home that happened while we were out of state. I called Zach for help and he and his crew showed up at the property within an hour to assess the situation and had dryers and de-humidifiers setup within hours. They were diligent with followup visits, communication was great and he provided thorough documentation of the drying progress in each of the affected areas using state of the art digital instruments. He provided council and called out areas in our home that were affected by the water damage that should be discussed with our insurance company.
